SHIPPING & HANDLING

Deadline:
All mailed works must be received at the address listed by July 26, 2024. No late entries will be allowed.

Shipping Fees:
Artists are responsible for shipping costs to the art show. Please include a prepaid “return” shipping label for unsold artwork.

Under no circumstances shall Cherokee Nation Businesses be liable for any damages to items of art sustained during shipping, delivery and/or unpacking. Requests from the artist to repair any damage sustained during shipping, delivery or unpacking will be granted at the sole discretion of Homecoming Art Show officials.

Art may not be claimed by anyone other than the artist or designee listed on application, unless the artist provides written authorization. Any request to rescind authorization must also be made in writing by artist.

The show will hang until September 7, 2024. We ask that you consider other commitments before entering, as works displayed in the show may not be picked-up prior to September 10, 2024.

Every effort will be made to return entries in their original shipping packages. Cherokee Nation Businesses is not responsible for damage during shipping. Artwork will be insured for the sales price through the carrier. If returned artwork is damaged, a claim may be filed with the carrier for the insured amount. Please try to design your box for easy return and allow for sufficient packing on all sides to protect your work. Please be sure your name is on the box. Cherokee Nation Businesses shall not be responsible for packing hand-carried entries.
